Remember to hand in all of your supporting documents and to describe each and every point as laid out in the MFM handout. Tomorrow we will be continuing/finishing the MFM presentations.
Aaaaandddd Back to MFM (my fave microbe)
Don’t forget to hand in any extra material you have for your presentation and your reference list. Check again to make sure you’ve addressed every point laid out in the MFM project as it pertains to you (bacteria, virus, protist).
I need any and all supporting documents by FRIDAY! Also, late assignments in by FRIDAY to have them counted towards your mark.

Today we went through a Bacteria Lab that included inoculating sterile plates with a bacterial culture (or 3!). We will be reviewing the results of this on Thursday. Please keep the lab and all of the work you have been doing in a safe place so that we can easily turn back to it Thursday!

Tomorrow is our first Bacteria Plating Lab day! Do NOT bring food or drink to class! None of the bacteria are pathogenic but for ease of mind it is a good idea to leave your water in your locker.
Questions 2, 4, 5 and 6 (p 372 sect 17-2)will be discussed in class tomorrow before we start plating bacteria.

Continue to work on your My Fave Microbe. These will be due in mid-April (about 3 weeks from now). We won’t have much time left in the labs, so be cognizant of the time you MUST put into this project. I suspect it will take a total amount of 10-15 hours outside of class time to create a really stellar project.

Marks update
Marks have been updated on the website (everything I have received aside from the Unit Test)
If you are missing assignments from ch 13/14 they have been marked as 0. If you have any of these assignments get them in TODAY latest. :)
I will be unable to update your marks until March 8th or after due to the job action next week.
